Welcome to PGIDB
PGIDB is a user-friendly platform designed to collect globally available genome sequencing data to construct a high-quality pig reference panel. In the current version, a total of 22,825 samples (6,825 sequencing data and 16,000 chip data) were integrated, covering a total of 59 breeds (9 outgroups), and 3 types of reference panels (30×, 10×, chip) were constructed. Click AGIDB to jump to the all-in-one Imputation Platform of 35 species.
Service provided
► Discover the diversity of pig breeds in our Library.
► Probe for specific SNPs and their breed frequencies with our SNP tool.
► Dive deep into breed-specific haplotype blocks in our Haplotype section.
► Uncover genetic potential through our Imputation scenarios.
► Download breed-specific VCF files from our resources.
